More Creativity Records released a banger from British Columbia based producer, Proche, titled, “Stagnant.”
Melodic synths leading up to a big drop in the beginning of this track take the listener on a roller coaster of booming bass drops; twists and turns full of experimental synths and ping-pong like reverberated waves. “Stagnant” is a good example of what future bass feels like to those unfamiliar with the sound.
Artwork for this track was created by Dylan Lavier Evans from Less Than Family <3
Here’s a look at the interview we had with Adam about his thoughts on this fresh track:
How long have you been producing music? Choice of DAW?
I’ve been producing for about 8 years now, and I use Live 10; though I started my endeavors in FL Studio.
How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music?
Honestly it’s all over the place! I go from sappy chill stuff, to weird trap, to melodic house. It’s mostly whatever I’m feeling when I’m making each individual song.
Talk us through the process, what was the message/feel/emotions you wanted to come across to listeners when you were in the process of producing this banger?
I was in a point in my life where I was really excited about everything coming together positively. I couldn’t seem to get the joy out of me in any other way besides music, so this whole song just kinda flowed out of my happy lil fingers. I hope it can make others equally as happy!
Do you have any upcoming projects?
Yes, I’ve definitely got a diddy or two on their way ;). Please keep them eyes peeled!
Is there anything else you want to include or tell us about?
I love you! If you make music, keep making it PLEASE. Life is wild but music is a really unique way to relate to people you’ll never meet. If you don’t, thank you so much for listening, you keep me going. I hope you have a wonderful day :)
