Jupe the future bass pioneer joins forces with KUMO Collective, premiering a brand new explosive soundscape called Indigo

KUMO Collective is on another level with their release schedule recently, garnering support from game-changer artists [check out their last feature with Dabow] like Jupe, who joins the roster. Jupe is an artist that carved out their own path throughout the growth of experimental future bass. It’s so hard to believe that such a formative, defining future bass track, Hurry 2.0, was released over 5 years ago, but what’s truly incredible is how we’ve seen Jupe flourish and evolve into the greater electronica scheme in that amount of time. The high-energy laser blast synthesis that’s made Jupe a must-know musician is ever present on this latest track, Indigo. Check it out below!

Jupe does more than emulate the vigor of big future bass staples; he transcends them with his ability to develop an enthralling atmosphere, with multi-instrumentalist tact, and sample modulation that bubbles, melts, surrounds and envelops in such an ascendant spectacle. The woozy, plucky build climbs up beyond the clouds, greeted by electric angels, travelling into an auditory supernova of shredding guitar solos and synth explosions. I am into this shit, and you will be too. Indigo is a can’t-miss track, a masterclass in vast, controlled soundscapes, and just calling it a banger would be an egregious understatement.

Kudos to KUMO Collective for the premiere, and be sure to check out all the incredible work they’ve put out, as well as the mighty Jupe‘s portfolio, and be sure to follow ’em in the links below.
