ColsonXL and ero808 are teasing the title track on their forthcoming Dreamgirl EP, dropping a euphoric taste of the upcoming collaboration.

It’s hype to see collaborators coming together like the dynamic ColsonXL duo and incredibly talented singer/producer, ero808. When they worked together last, it was in cahoots with capshun on the bass-fueled love ballad, #Tattoos. Their previous collab was a culmination of different pockets of music talent, each’s influence shining through the mix. It’s easy to see why ColsonXL and ero808 are back at it again in the studio. With ColsonXL‘s infectiously bright and danceable synth-play, and ero808‘s straight butter vocal performances, their strengths coalesce on the upcoming Dreamgirl EP. Catch the title track, premiering with FUXWITHIT, right now down below before the entire EP drops on August 26th.

Dreamgirl weaves the glittering soundscape between it’s high-gloss production and silky vocals like nothing I’ve heard in any electronica scene. It’s immaculate, sounding so clean while peppering bits of bass grit with elegant poise. It’s enveloping serenity of vocal harmonies and ascending synthesis is nothing short of euphoric, and when the track picks up the bass and synth stabs, it lands each hit with incredible impact. I expected to be floored and I got so much more. I can’t wait for the entire EP, and I’ll be countin’ down the days until August 26th. ‘Til then, be sure to keep up with ColsonXL and ero808 by clicking the links down below!
